It was very cute and funny and colorful and I liked it a lot. For as long as it lasted, anyway. I noticed you uploaded pretty freakin' early, Corny, maybe you could have used the time to draw one or two more pages...?

Corny, i might sound like an absolute dick but, instead of placing that 6th page where you basically write down what you WANTED to happen, why didn't you just use your remaining 5 pages to illustrate it? You would have made possible and it would have been more entertaining, this kinda felt like one of those recent mortal kombat ending where you only hear a voice telling you what happened to the character but you do not get a glimpse of it on the screen. Aside from that, good first battle.

Nice little way of trying to get the attention off you, Kura. If you REALLY as noble as you are playing at being, you wouldn't have to try and burn certain \"other people\" in the process. You'd talk about YOUR end of it, and thats it, without trying to get the attention on someone else in a derogatory way. So save it. You wanna talk about a battle in these comments, talk about YOURS. well i apologize to corny for not being able to submit anything decent. I overbooked myself and had no intention of canceling the battle to save my score (like a certian other person i know). I'll make it up to corny somehow. I defaulted. end of story. move on.

Corny: I'll admit I wasn't that interested when I saw your stuff on the incubator. However in actual practice you really had me smiling there, I'm impressed! Quick, clean dialouge and some in-character wit deserves B's for entertainment. You ended it really abruptly though, it was like the moment where you take away a toy from a baby. Though I do not yet speak from experience, I'm guessing that maybe you ran out of time, and you sacrificed quantity for quality. Ill definatly be watching your next battle

Corny! I'm so very proud of you. Congrats on your first battle! I think you started out well, the crab was so cute! The fact the you included so many backgrounds impressed me (I hate drawing them). Your coloring is so charming and adorable. The quality seemed to slip near the end... or rather, you started out well and maybe ran out of steam? I dunno if you ran out of time, but ending a comic with just a text explaination shouldn't be done if you can help it! It was pretty cute/funny at parts, but it seemed like it was lacking the main punch line, you know? I'm hoping that you just ran out of time or something, but yeah, decent start, but i know you can do much better! I can't wait to see your next battle :3
