In full seriousness though, loved this entry! The lineless style and colors you went with is very lovely :]

I really enjoyed the conversation between the two of them as well - the clash in ideals despite all of their parallels was interesting to see. My main critique here is that it could've been a bit more than the characters standing and talking - I tend to add in lots of longer conversations into my comics as well, but something I've found really helpful for keeping them interesting is by adding a secondary point of interest in the visuals! Like having the characters physically do something while they chatter, or having the panels show something that punctuates their point (or maybe contrasts/juxtaposes it).

The first thing that came to my mind for this comment in particular is that maybe Lizzie could've been moving around, embracing her role as both child and cryptid by doing stuff like crawling around on the trees or hiding and suddenly reappearing to spook Minjun to mess with him as she makes her points. The tables could be turned and she could become more still or Minjun starts moving around as he makes his own points.

I'm definitely not an expert on it or anything, though (not to mention that it would've been wayyy harder to put it all into the comic within the deadline).

Overall though, I really enjoyed this entry! I'm definitely looking forward to seeing more of Lizzie in the future :] (Also the copy-paste panel on page 7 genuinely made me cackle, lmaooo)

THIS IS SUCH A FUN CONCEPT!!! Ooooh I love the idea of two former humans turned monsters, one who leaned into it and another who is trying to retain his humanity, both of whom think they know the better way. Makes me really wonder what would happen to Minjun if we saw him thousands of years in the future. Will he eventually give up his humanity, or will he still be fighting? Could Lizzie ever regain hers? This is a perfect matchup and I love what you've created out of it!

I’ve already expressed my most of my thoughts in DMs so overall, I enjoyed reading your side, marrionberrypi!

I believe this is my first time seeing you use digital art for comics so it was a nice surprise! Though it’s a bit rough around there edges, I dig the lineless look you had going on. Makes the art have a painterly vibe. I think if I were to have any major critiques aside from trying to refining the style to make it more easily readable, it’s to work on the character’s proportions, particularly Lizzie’s. While Minjun and his colleague appear fine to me, there’s times where Lizzie comes off as more cartoonish than monstrous. I’m not sure if that was the intent and it may as well just be a nitpick but it can be a bit jarring at times.

As for the writing, I felt it was pretty solid for the most apart aside from some minor gripes I’ve already expressed to you in DMs. If I had another thing to mention, I do notice you seem to do a lot of “telling, not showing” not only in this comic but your past ones as well. While comics definitely rely on reading the text for the story, it wouldn’t hurt to play around more with the visual aspect to make scenes hit more in the emotions. The conversation reads like a conflict of beliefs (which is exciting in concept) but the scene has them acting out like they’re just having a simple conversation. I think this would’ve make the scene where Lizzie’s calling out Minjun’s bullshit and the scene afterwards hit all the more harder.

Aside from all that, this was a fun battle and Lizzie was a fun character to work with! Hopefully if these two ever meet up again, it’ll be under better circumstances 🙏 thanks for the battle!

Your lineless art style is really cute and i like the colors and mood of the forrest in this.

I loved the lineless art style, super fun design choice! If I were to give criticism, I do think that you should try and smooth out the lineart juuuust a bit? In some places it seems just a bit too, it dont want to say messy but some spots looked too rounded, you can see this with some of the shading on the eyes. Other than that please keep experimenting with the lineless look, its great! :]
