A very noir feel to this one! I like the backgrounds and vehicles, cars are really tough to draw but you've done a good job here. A suggestion I have for the city backgrounds is to pay close attention to perspective. You should always be considering where the horizon line is in a drawing, this will help you position characters in a scene.
