amazing work, I went and read the previous comics and I am hooked on this story now

This was a great read!! You guys work so well together; the story still blows my mind every time. Amyr is so charismatic, I fear I need to see more of him in the future… Also love how much Croi cares about Cas’s safety, and then we cut back to Cas having the worst time haha

Can’t wait to see the continuation!! and also yeah, maybe call him a desert taxi. I hear Ghost started a business lmaoo

Absolutely professional and beautiful work, the story got me hooked from start to finish and the art was superb.

I might be slightly biased because I'm personally invested in anything related to Croi, but this is legitimately one of the best comics I've read on VOID in a while! Y'all are amazing at building tension, setting stakes, and making things flow naturally. The coloring and the expressions/poses all added SO MUCH to the emotional tone of the entire comic. I love how messy everything is! I'm on the edge of my seat waiting to see what happens next!!!

You're always a blast to work with, and if you'd like to do more collabs sometime I am always open ;) This was a very fun one to work on and I'm excited to see it come to life! I've gotten very invested in Croi's ongoing story and I'm intrigued to see where he will go next, Amyr is a top tier villain and I'm sure he's going to wreak so much havoc haha. And I'm very excited to continue Cas' story from this point! He needs to hitch a ride out of the desert...

I Would like to take this opportunity to thank Badger for doing this collab with me. It's been a long process (more than a whole year!) but I'm so happy with what we made. Badger, your layouts, sketches, and lines are all such a delight to work with, I love coloring them so much. And I'm still so delighted that you enjoyed this dynamic enough to want to continue it and expand on it!!

For a bit of behind the scenes/expanded explanation for everyone, Badger and I decided to make both sides of Backroom Deals at least partially canon; Badger's entire side is canon, and then the Cas section of mine is canon up until Amyr gets Cas onto the ship, which is where this comic picks up. This gave me the opportunity to slightly expand/rewrite the dialogue between Cas and Amyr to be, imo, much better lol.

I also want to take this opportunity to shout out/thank my friend Leon who is not on the site—both Amyr as well as Croi's sister Leah are his characters, so I want to thank him for letting me hit them with the furry beam and then include them in this story <3 and also thank him for helping me brainstorm ideas for how things will go with Amyr!

And finally,I wanna thank everyone who reads this and everyone who has been engaged with this story! Y'all kept me motivated to finish this to share with yall even when I was deep in the weeds in rendering hell lol (I kid, rendering this was fun challenge lol). Anyways that's enough rambling mwah I love yall :3

the colours and the inks are SO good, it's so atmospheric and really draws you in. I didn't even notice that its like, 19 pages!

The drama, thr suspense, the experience!!! This comic had me on the edge of my seat!!! The colors are great and the Antagonist is so easy to hate. I'm totally rooting for Croi and Cas. This seems like the start of an amazing arc to come
