Cybermanon: Great work! The harsh blacks and textured greyscale makes for a very visually striking comic.
Gojipoint: Love your pencil work and action! I'm not too sure what kind of phone or camera you have, but at least on an iPhone, the Files app has a built-in scan feature (just press on the three dots at the top of the page in the app. It can even let you move around where the edges of the scan is supposed to be if it initially came out skewed). It saves them as PDFs so you have to do some extra finagiling to get them into PNGs or JPEGS, but it's what I normally use to photograph my traditional art!
Like Pyrestitan noted, the tension of two predators stalking each other was palpable, but for me, the highlight was the comic’s direction!
Cyber managed to make a silent fight feel incredibly loud through the art alone. The choice of grayscale really helped sell the dark, oppressive environment, I dare even say the close tight space is claustrophobic and it adds more to the tension where Tremora was forcefully been put at disadvantage in terms of battlefield, but her cunningness is incredible how she figured it out the fight around. While some higher contrast in the line weight might have helped the characters pop even more against the backgrounds the overall impact was massive.
Again! The decision to keep it a silent comic made it bold, and the direction closely feels like we were right there in the middle of a Kaiju battle. The storytelling through the eyes of the creatures (in a way) was top-tier.
As for gojipoint, I really appreciated the effort in the solid pencil work! While I think the impact would have been even stronger if it were digitalized like your previous entries, I completely understand, it’s still a commendable effort!
I kinda ran out of steam for leaving in-depth comments/critiques, but I wanted to at least say that you both have very fun art styles and are doing really cool stuff with these characters and I look forward to more!
Awesome stuff here, great action and drawing detail, however in some panels the characters sorta blended with the bg, other than that it is pro level stuff.
The art quality is insane. The use of value and the grainy texture genuinely look professional. That being said, each panel has so much detail that it's hard to tell what's happening, especially during the actual fight. The strong blacks definitely helped, and I think that contrast could've been pushed further.
@Cybermananon
One of the best silent comics on the site in a while
The tension of two ambush predators trying to get the drop on each other was so real with this, the grainy shading choice making it feel like we are watching from grainy cameras illuminating the dark. The ending is a little abrupt with the background feeling rushed, but it is forgivable with everything else in. While I was able to keep up with it, I can see where some line width and selective shading would be helpful with getting Coloso and Tremora to stand out more from the backgrounds, it's easy for them to get lost in some panels.
@gojipoint
The pencils are pretty strong here, photo quality aside, this would have looked really nice with some touching up. I'm very curious about the humans that keep appearing in these comics, I didn't find anything in the bio (maybe I missed it?) Hope your future comics are about to avoid this photo-fuzzy fate!
The Art style for this is, so, so, great. My only weird issue is the colors, sometimes it's a bit *too* hard to see the difference in the grey scaling but that very much could be just me! If wanted, maybe you could do a slight airbrush on the edges where you shade in the character underneath the lineart to help bring out some of the characters? Or a slight lighter outline, something like that could help if wanted, other than that very fun fight!
very hard to pick a winner here, for both comics i felt the art was very well drawn, but had some trouble following the flow of the action.
You did well with the illustration. There's some level of weight I can feel with the lineart, especially the background. Nice choreo as well!
Great job you two!
By and large this is a decent encounter. Decent combat, well drawn, very well polished, but it desperately needs more contrast between objects. Most objects are shaded in a very similar value of gray, and that makes things hard to distinguish guise, despite how clean your l8nework and spot blacks are. You really have to push the lighter and darker tones to makes the different elements of your scenes clearly distinguishable, and that will make it easier for the reader to parse what is happening, and will serve your inks and spot blacks much better, because they really are excellent
I really love how you did Gusano in your style Cyber 🤩🤩 it’s crazy I didn’t know you were going to do an underground cave as well! Great minds think alike!! I hope you enjoy my part as well!! I’ll still ink it and all but it was fun facing against tremora love drawing her!!!
This art is so unbelievably polished, I wish I knew your secret! The speed paint was a nice glimpse into the process. Tremora is awesome as always and I loved how you put them on equal footing for most of the fight with it being in Gusano's domain underground. At times it was difficult to follow where everyone was but none-the-less I loved EVERY second of the fight c:

Tremora: SOPA DE GUSANO, UMA DELICIA!
BUG BATTLE BUG BATTLE BUG BATTLE 👏👏👏
