A little last-second comment, but it’s a lot of what’s been said! I really love your style, and I enjoy how well-paced you made this casual conversation flow. I got to know a lot about them in a short time, and using karaoke as the backdrop is SUCH a cute idea!

Super duper charming story! Reading anything about Elliot is always a treat, but it is especially more endearing to learn a lil more about his friends and past. I love the mixed feelings of him wanting Andrei to have a good time and unwind, but also feeling hard second hand embarrassment for his dear friend LMAO.

All in all a fantastic entry! Not only in story but art wise too!

Can't wait to see more!

I am always delighted to see a comic from you Putrid. The vibrant colors, beautifully drawn characters and very nice flow of the narrative. Despite the absence of 'action' scenes, you're able to keep everything interesting. Great job as always!

I loved learning about Elliott's backstory, his growth in Void and the connections he has with all these people. The writing/interactions felt so natural and the colour choice/usage is simply *chef's kiss* ~

This is a great slice of life entry from you, so much of it is so well done. The cinematic pacing/storytelling and mood-perfect colors are a highlight, and as far as word balloon design this is one of the best I've seen in a while. I think once you get a stronger handle on letter pillowing and some composition placement, you'd seriously have one of the best word balloons on the site.

In regards to that there's a few spots to notice: in page 3 panel 6 i got confused at first sight and thought Nathaniel was the one speaking

The balloons are getting a little too tangent-close to the edges of panels 6-8 on page 4

I would also pay stronger attention on the font sizes you use; font size is one of the things that tell the reader the volume of one sentence/line/word vs another, and keeping to rules on how you use them help alert the casual reader of subtle differences in the conversation; you are using this really well for most of the comic but the last 2 panels of page 4 kind of felt more rushed/unplanned in the sizings.

Really that I have to get to this level of nitpick is a testament of how well made this comic is from top to bottom. As always I love seeing the panels through your eyes and am ever waiting to see more in the future

This is such a gorgeous comic! The expressions, the emotions, the colors.. I'm truly in awe of how you create such wonderful art. I love seeing more of Elliot's back story and how he's grown even while being in Void, and knowing that your characters are interconnected in more ways than we know is really cool! You always know how to establish new characters in sucha casual yet impactful way!! Of course, Andrei already had my heart, but you had him display such endearing sides of himself that he stole it all over again! And seeing what Elliott's been up to and progressing his story was very much needed. Showing his life outside of his work was a perfect way to go!!
