What a sweet and heartfelt sendoff. This honestly feels like it's just as much as a hug or a love letter to Void as it is a goodbye.

You've done some absolutely incredible work over the years here in Void, and I know for a fact that you'll continue to make amazing things outside of it! I just hope that I'll get a chance to see what kind of artist that you'll continue evolving into, no matter what you make :]

To be loved is to be changed, and even in the short time I was here, I saw Void go through it's beautification in thanks to you. Its hard to say that I saw anyone care about this site more than you do. You did your all to keep the engagement, to help keep the bar high for future newcomers. Im glad you feel you can finally rest

Fly high, Pyguy. You're gonna do wonderful things, my dear friend ♡

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being my right hand man for so long, there are some things that I couldn’t have gotten through without you your help. What a crazy ride you had here lol

You are a true legend of VOID but you truly did the main quest, side quests, made up your own quests, did all the DLC, ran the guild and got the good ending.

Farewell, my slowpoke!!

Pyras! This is a lovely send-off and a fantastic comic. You've made an absolutely massive impact on the Void community and that can't be overstated. From your characters and comics, collabs, your contributions as a previous staff member, you've done so much for this little comics website. Your comics rank among some of my personal favorites here (I like First Blood and your Armageddons in particular)!

I think it's clear that the dialogue in this comic has a double-meaning. It's hard to avoid the fear of being left behind, or of missing out. I think the conclusion that's arrived at in this comic is a good way to come to terms with this fear. Time will progress no matter what and change is inevitable. But for what it's worth, I'm glad you were here. I still look on the memory of working on Arma 2020 together fondly, lol!

I'm gonna get emotional over here! Even though you're no longer making void comics, I hope to still see you around the discord and I'm looking forward to your future non-void art projects. Here's to a wonderful void career, and to new beginnings.

Py, this is such a beautiful comic and a testament to how far you've come in both art and writing-wise. I joined Void in 2019 to reignite my passion for making comics because I felt it was dwindling and because I was doing it all alone. I still remember that challenge list when my character Raven was approved. Rocio's sweet smile in that tiny 50x50 avatar caught my eye and I knew I wanted to find out more about her.

You were my first battle (Dove vs Raven). I had no idea I was taking on a veteran powerhouse lol. And even though I lost, I felt like a winner by the doors of opportunity that were opened for me creatively. You were also my mentor in the Mentor Trainee Roulette and I learned a lot from you. But my learning from you did not stop there. We continued on with our collabs and writing stories together that have kept me inspired these last few years in ways I have never imagined. And I can see that I am not the only one you have inspired, which is even more amazing. Not to mention, all the positive impact you've had in this community as a whole.

I sit here still cherishing those scripts and story outlines we've yet to finish. While that makes me sad, I am also excited about your future in the field of comics, art and storytelling.

You went from a comic rival to a mentor and now a good friend. Needless to say, I'll support you enthusiastically and wholeheartedly in your next creative endeavor.

You put a lot of love and effort on the art and dialogue in this. It's not always that I see artists celebrate themselves and their work over the years the way you do. You definitely left a mark on Void and I'm sure people will remember your stories and characters for years.

The Morio pose at the end was the cherry on top for sure, it was great seeing all of your Void crew in a frame like that

It's a shame I won't get to collab with you on this site, but I wish you the best on your future journey. I can only imagine your parting from the site is bittersweet. I'm looking forward to your other projects, Py. Best of luck

Amazing send off; I teared up a bit at the ending. Good luck with your future endeavors and I hope you'll come back and visit once in a while.

I’m sad to know there won’t be any more new stories from you in Void, but at the same time, I’m so happy knowing you’ll be telling countless other amazing stories outside of it. In these 16 years, you’ve made an indescribable impact on the Void universe, and I feel honored to have collaborated with you, even if only for such a brief time.

I hope that even if you’re no longer making Void comics, you’ll still stick around to read all the amazing stories yet to come.

Good luck on your new journey, Pyras. I wish you all the success in the world, my favorite collab partner.

I was halfway through reading this when it became clear that their conversation was about Void as a whole. And uts something I've felt a lot in my own time here. Ideas for characters to upload and comics to make and people to battle, keeping up with things around here can almost be like a second job, and it's always a lot easier to think about the potential comics than it is to actually make them and fulfill that potential, and then when you finally do knuckle down and start making comics it takes so much time. And, to your ultimate point, all that time invested in Void is time not invested in your own personal projects, in your own path, and you're joining a long line of Voiders who have left to pursue that path. Wherever your road leads you, I know you’re going to do amazing things. Void is a much better place for having had you in it and I know that Wherever you go next will be the same. We all wish you the absolute best on your journey.

I’m in tears reading your goodbye letter to void. Sixteen years in a lot to have given to this place, and it’s better for having had you here Py Guy. I can’t wait to see what you have in store for the comic world 🫂
