I regret missing this when it first came out, but the burnout was real 😭 I love everything about this! The body horror, the way Moth seemed to awaken a transformation in Gorgle based on his insecurities... perfection 😙👌

DOEFR You've done a great job at capturing Gorgle's unique personality in your comic. I must say it again, the inventive use of panels designed around Moth is so so good. Her new form accompanied by her stealthy, almost "lurking" movement across the page, particularly on page 2, is a fascinating mix. AND PAGE 5 WOW! That last panel has SUCH an amazing composition with the eye being led from the right up to the heart. Just awesome. She needs few words to convey her immense threat to others. Maybe it's odd to admit, but I feel a strong connection with this character in some way. I just really, really love Moth! TRM I love how you interpreted Moth's design in your style, really fits into the world you've built so far with Gorgle. And yeah, I'm on the same page as the others here: the conversation on page 3 was a standout moment. Seeing Gorgle and Moth reflect their inner turmoil mirrored back at each other was SUPER COOL (with Gorgle grappling with his transformation and Moth wrestling with guilt for being the cause of another). You captured Moth's anxious energy super well in this. Excellent work considering your circumstances.

Doefr: I love your style and coloring, the horror is pretty nice! TRM: I liked the exchange between Gorgle and Moth when they both say they are monsters!

TRM: a bit difficult to follow at times but good on you for getting it submitted despite your scheduling issues. My favorite bit of writing is page 3 where the two serve as inverses to each other, and gorgle only cares about his own predicament while moth, despite her own morphological situation, is more concerned about the evil she's inflicted on others. It conveys a lot about the characters involved, saying entirely different things about the speaker with nearly the same line of dialogue. It's bery strong writing. Doe: you set a tone and a scene immaculately here. In contrast with TRMs moth that's battling with her conscience, here we have a moth that has completely morphed and has lost all but a passing semblance of humanity. It's a great dichotomy. I'm detecting a possible theme of envy with this character, though that depends on if her comment on his greatness was sincere or a mockery. Either one seems plausible to me at this point.

Doe- My palms started sweating as I read this, there's something so excellent and horrific about your approach to horror and monstrous forms. I really enjoyed your writing as well, it's probably my favourite in this tourney so far. Wonderful work. TRM- Fun, cartoony style, a little hard to follow but every time I read your work I just see heaps of potential and a seriously unique style. I really enjoyed your interpretation of Moth's current form.

Doe: I loved this comic. You made Gorgle really pitiable and his scar quite gruesome. Great colours and I wish you luck on your finals. TRM: Extending my deadline condolences to you too. The comic felt a bit unclear, especially on page 1 but congrats on having the other pages inked!
