Struggling to sleep Rae and Blue have a long conversation one night, reflecting on suppressed feelings and harsh truths. -------------- FYI - The dream pages at the start were drawn a long time ago- originally the comic was just going to end with Rae cheering Blue up but as I scripted this conversation developed. Sorry if those pages feel a bit discounted. - I was practising writing a flow of dialogue that's maybe a bit messy but *hopefully* realistic. - Sorry the ending is so sudden- I just didn't want to commit to drawing the next stage of this story right now. I have some other things to get on with, hopefully, it's not *too*abrupt. Nothing really happens in this comic lol, but here's the point of it. - I decided to take the Arma threat comic as canon, this comic is a bit of a transitionary one for me. I wanted to move Rae's powers/ the Soul Weaver to the same point as the defender's side of arma. - I wanted to explore some different thoughts and approaches to the current state of the city. - fEeLiNgS I don't know when the next Rae and Blue comic is planned. Probably not for a while though. If any story beats/set-up in this comic has piqued people's interest give me a shout!
