Gone
This follows Bruno’s past comics with Oleander. The lionhearts lost a brother and did funerals for him. Just thought about making a comic about it!^^

Even without knowing the context of the characters in this I could feel the emotion. The blue backgrounds were also very nice and the ending was sweet after a somber beginning.

While I have not kept up with every Oleander comic too closely and thus have a limited frame of reference, this was still a nice comic touching on a lot of the pains surrounding a persons death and how someone would deal with it. Attending funerals and gatherings to honour those who passed away can be so emotionally taxing. So showing a positive in Bruno's life to numb the turmoil is nice.

Very good shades of blue thru the comic Durian! Liked the theme here, and the interactions between Bruno and the others.

The mood in this one is heavy and gloomy- the expresisons, body language and dialogue portray Bruno's friend beatuifully. Not to mention, that the entire comic is in shades of blue. A very sweet ending to such a heavy topic. I really love the way you draw muscles. And that motorcycle? wow! Incredible job, Durian!

That was quite good. I was able to get into the story without having to go remind myself of any old bruno backlog or anything. there is a bit of an open ended question left hanging in the air if Bruno is going to go after his brother's killers. it's nice drama to see a family member mad at him for something that wasn't his fault and nice to see a character smart enough to not let themself be bullied. but I get the feeling Bruno still feels responsible. but maybe is too good of a good guy to believe in vengeance. I was already here for all that, then you give him a supportive boyfriend , on a bike you actually drew with, like, your hands? nice. and he's pretty. Bruno is pretty and deserves a hot and nice boyfriend. this is the moral of the story (besides the family drama intrigue of course). and they both deserve a hand-drawn motorcycle. style wise, i'm enamored with monotone comics lately and your linework and shading style all blend in so well together!
