Gregly: I love how vivid your colors are, and I love the style you use where some panels sort of meld into each other, especially when Gwen's doing Magic Shit. Also, I just. I love Gwen so much. I know I said this last time but it remains true. She's just a sassy, kinda kooky old lady and I am HERE for it. The punchline at the end gave me a real giggle and, just. I have nothing negative to say about this XD Snowy: What an improvement over last round! I think you really nailed the Visual Novel style this time around, and I LOVED the idea of the cute little decorated text boxes, they give a nice bit of characterization and personality to the text. The dialogue was also really good, the banter between Asteria and Gwen being v entertaining. And I loved the bit at the end with Art having set this up as just a way to get her to do work XD Poor Asteria can't catch a break!

GREGLY- The way you lay out your panels has a great flow to it, feels very natural to read :D. The visual and written gags here are also super charming. Gwen owns my heart ❤️ SNOWY- ASTERIA IS SO COOL! I love how you continued with this VN style and the addition of a decorated speech UI was a really nice touch :) the whole thing has a very nice atmosphere, the begining and middle portions especially have a relaxing vibe...

What do you mean? Literally the only assets I could reuse is Asteria's sprites and her text box. I have to make new sprites for Crestwood, his text box, new backgrounds, and new illustrations, plus any other characters I might add. And that's only if I'm reusing her expressions, which I wouldn't be. The illustrations are what I could manage with my time, I honestly wouldn't have any expectations for an increase in quality of them. I appreciate your notes, regardless. Also, thank you for the crits and comments, everyone, I'm very happy that people seem to like this format for this tournament!

Extremely cute comic! I loved Asteria just answering "yes?" to Gwen's cheesy pickup line, as well as the "too much Pepper" pun at the end! The colors were really pretty too! I'm curious whether the pixelated lineart look was intentional or if something weird happened while you were working on this. Also gonna repeat my recommendation to make a font out of your handwriting for times like this when you don't want to/don't have time to hand letter stuff! Wonderful comic, and I'm excited for round 3! 😊

Asteria's grumpy face has melted my heart I am a puddle. This comic was so cute! I love how you draw everyone, I love the twist at the end. I love how Gwen is wise and self-confident and also a little sassy. And Asteria just wants to have a fun time; how dare Art put her to work on her day off!!! I don't really have any thoughts on things to improve here 🤔 maybe that's okay. You made a great comic, and I'm excited for your final round!

i really wish Kurdis could meet old Gwen and get a reading. each one seems so special and personal. the gag/pun at the end made me laugh. the colors are so vibrant here. and the little orange outline is just noticeable enough to seem like a graphic design choice. very interesting I didn't notice it last round. snowy, i'm glad you've hammered down the style of your dating sim. now that you have all the assets you need, you can put more energy into 'cut scenes' and backgrounds. that mushroom house looks so pretty from the outside. and Reggi, too. curious to know what the special plants were and what's next in the story!

I've been enjoying the visual novel style. Also arts coming in to bamboozle Asteria The cameos in both these were wonderful and a nice little curve ball. Really enjoyed the art and coloring in both. I'm psyched for Bones' turn at old Gwen

GREGLY- LOVED the soup-reading scene! With the way Asteria reacted, it made it seem like Gwen was a crazy old lady, it was both hilarious and adorable. Very nice visuals, it was a very cute interaction! SNOWY- The format for this comic like a visual novel... was so damn clever! I loved to pieces! The characters look absolutely adorable in your art style, the background was so whimsical and cute, too Very good rounds from both of you!!
