Incredible stuff here, the art is clean and gorgeous to look at, the palettes are all in complete harmony while also being vibrant and gonzo, there's some great use of hard shadows on that viking clown, the panels are downright inspired (especially the teeth ones on page 4), it's funny, it's delightful, and a dickhole manager is killed, A+ comic right here.

Thanks Cy! I tried to make the pop-our panels flow as best as possible, but I agree it got a little chaotic toward the middle. I like experimenting with the layouts, so I'll find that balance eventually! Thanks Platinum and Wilsoninc!

It was neat seeing this one from beginning to end! and I'm super glad that you decided to give enterVoid a chance when I was talking about it in Random City. Hopefully you will be able to expand your characters and creative process, can't wait for my spot in line when I get to battle cowbell!

Congrats on getting Cowbell in! It’s been a ride seeing him progress onto Void and holy fuck the quality here is damn near professional. The panel arrangements, SFX, spot blacks, this is just a great looking comic. Also dug the tooth-shaped panels. Great as an intro too, you showed Cowbell’s personality very well! Something I did notice was the tendency for pop-out panels which, while cool in moderation, can mess with the flow and confuse the direction of action. On page 3 for example, there’s so much going on that isn’t contained and I found myself reading some of the action backwards. The placement of the bubbles on page 2 also makes the order seem backwards, and reading the correct order isn’t intuitive; “is your boss a clown” seems to move directly into “Upper management” since they’re so close together. I can show you what I mean better with visuals, if you don’t mind me slapping a red arrow on your work? Having said that, I wanna reiterate, this is crazy good for an intro comic. Excited to see what you make in the future!

damn, dude. this is SO extra. You know you're going to be asked to achieve this level of excellence for the rest of your void days, right? apparently I knew Cowbell went live before OP. I sensed a pressure in the force. a new stoner with an afro had arrived. I want dibs.. but.. am I strong enough? I have been waiting for monnnnnnnnnths. I can't let this opportunity pass me by. I like the panels that are shaped like teeth. so creative. so traumatizing.
