I was enraptured from start to finish! 'the logistics of a preposterous society with a social infrastructure build around metahumans' ala Doctor Horrible's Sing Along Blog and Venture Bros. is my FAVORITE super-hero thing! The monster designer lady was SO great, like, here she is. creator of all the sailor moon and one punch man villains (or do those villains suck? idk) don't under-sell your work, kids.

I love this. Great writing and bootleg characters. Fun back matter with the character bios. Pidge is the shit.

I enjoyed this comic a lot. Its meta commentary on being a professional artist is very cathartic. I feel like its well paced and pretty quippy. Most importantly to me is how much juicy world building info there is in here. Good job.

Oh man, what an interesting premise. This is my first glimpse of Veronica really, and I like it. The idea of a villain who just helps other villains run scams is great. I also love Pidge! Not much to crit, though the over the top encounters got old very quickly.

Very cool and intriguing arch for this old school baddy. Couldn't imagine what sort of revenue an Armageddon like event could bring in for her.

Been following on Tapas and enjoyed reading it here as well. The first part with Linda Bower and the part with her henchman and the rookie hero are my favorite parts so far. I look continue to read it on Tapas.

Kura it's so nice to see your work again after so long, I've missed your sense of humor and how... I don't know, how playful your story stuff is. This was a ton of fun to read and it's nice to see Veronica, even if it's the out-of-Void version! It would be nice to see a little more establishing stuff re. Caelum if this is the very start, just because I know that city is your baby and I mean... you have the chops for drawing city scenes, so why not do a little flex? Given that you're showing stuff from a webcomic I'm not sure if these are meant to all fit together as a chunk or whether each page is more of a self-contained update, and I think that makes a difference; if it's all one big chunk then it makes a little more sense because it has that comedic montage effect, but if each one is an individual update it would be nice to have a bit more of a change of scenery. WHERE'S THE LINK THOUGH. I WANT THE LINK FOR THE COMIC.

please do more city establishing shots it's kinda claustrophobic because it's all interior please show the Vastness of Caelum your story though... Smooth your panels.. Tight really clean feeling nice comic.

This is a Veronica webcomic series I started drawing on Tapas. I figured I'd upload some of the work I've done in the past year. Despite the similarities, the Veronica in Villainess Ventures is not the same one that's been on Void. Think of this as a reboot of sorts.
