I like the concept. Very creative.

I super dig this, wow!!! Even you roughest, most rushed panels look really, *really* good to me, and some of these bigger panels are almost breathtaking! I kind of thought this was more recent art, reading through it, but I guess I don't know your personal art history very well.

I really like the premise, and I loved the kind of "example story" of the boy who wanted to fight his illness. The art and panel layout is great imo, I really enjoyed the dramatic shots such as when they first begin the treatment and the room jolts. Page 16 and 17 were amazing! However the combination of your style and the lack of colour made it difficult for me to read. The many little lines and equal darkness of those lines made pages seem messy and cluttered. I had to come back to the comic over several days as my eyes got kind of strained from reading it.

The art is rough around the edges, and lacking in clarity at times, but I love the premise of a gamified medical treatment. Thanks for posting this here, looking forward to the next chapter!

This reminded me I already have purchased the full version and needed to read through it all. It's my type of story and I really enjoyed it it all. Having read the whole thing I guess I will comment on it as you post it. There was stuff I noticed on my second read through that I didn't notice the first time I was reading through it. I will also say the art definitely improves as the story goes in, Later on you use more mid tones and have stronger contrast later on. My favorite parts in this chapter are page 14 and the final panel on page 27. this is dense and there's a lot going on but this is the type of story I like

This work was published roughly a few years ago into a graphic novel series when I decided to exit the states and hunker down in an island so I can live cheap and relatively undisturbed to do my art. And like every first chapter of some manga works, the art is probably rough around the edges and seems like a far cry of what you know of me today. But nevertheless this and the next few chapters I'll be posting over the course of a few weeks will be my tribute to this site who fostered my hand and put up with my terrible art. I had two assistants help me with meeting the deadline, A great editor who corrected all the script work, and a Team Leader that kept us paced throughout those grueling first weeks as we tried to get Team Nakama off the ground, and marketable. This didn't pan out over the next year due to depression and eventually we parted ways. I don't expect you to judge this as you would an entervoid comic but rather as a finished product with all its flaws and appeal and perhaps I can use this to grow. But don't concern yourself with it. Just enjoy it or ignore it if it's too boring. There will be 6 more of these. Thanks, Void. Thank you so much.
