AAAUUUOOOGGHHH. I REALLY need to get into the habit of writing out scripts first (or at least writing out all of the dialogue before drawing).
Anyways, this was the very first time that I went straight from thumbnails into line art! It’s definitely something that I’m unused to doing, and I still had to re-sketch some parts, but it’s definitely way more efficient! My main concerns with this comic is how same-y most of the panels look and how small some of the text is.
Either way, I’m really excited to start off my first tournament here with 01! I have a couple of ideas for this tourney that I’m pretty proud of!

Your art is delightful. I could tell you were a bit strapped for time, but you still really effectively portrayed the backgrounds with a few lines and flourishes.
I loved the textured brush and I really enjoyed the red bleed of colour on some of those speech bubbles. For a prologue, this was effective and a great way to kick off the tourney, especially under the time frame.
I think the only thing that would've improved this would have been a big, full-body establishing shot of 01 to really show off the character. I probably would've put this on the final panel to add to the impact.

I love these clean pencils!! Wish I could get my pencils to look half as neat, lol. And this was a really fun, effective way to introduce both the story and the character for the tournament! That bit with the wind blowing the map into 01's face had me wheezing XD

This was a nice comic! My only advice for scripts would be to do everything by storyboard, you're an artist after all. Storyboards allows you to visualise clearly what you want the comic to be like and to add as much written words as you wish to. Even when you're not actively writing prose or scripts, when you're thinking about it you are still writing it, so it's not unreasonable for it to take the form of a storyboard.
