I can't believe Zoey got killed by a brick.
Pita- Cute and floofy as always. Though I figure if you're going with just a black and white lineart look in the future I'd put more detail into the background and give the characters a thicker line width to bring them out from the environment. Time permitting of course Kind of reminds me of Bone a bit.
Rikun- The killer brick strikes again. Quick and punchy panels keep the action upbeat. Though even if you're doing a storyboard look some more confident lines especially on the characters would help. Just like one more pass to clean them up for being a comic would do.

This is such a fun wholesome story, its one of my favorite Zoey comics I have read, good stuff Pita.
Rikun, You did a good job with your action shots and staging, what more adventures lie ahead for the brick, we gotta wait a whole year to find out.

Pita: A heartwarming tale of friendship and trust with a devious little piece of masonry mixed in. I love childhood Zoey and her friends, they feel very grounded and sincere and made it so that while Lil has a point Zoey is willing to go the extra mile to be there for s friend. I will say I had to turn back a page or two to figure out how exactly Brick died, the way it’s drawn does imply lightening so that comes across but there is also the picture of the branch which would also foreshadow that but I’m not sure why if they got struck by lightening. Still, that aside it s lovely work and really what I needed today.
Rikun: Now THIS is action! Quick, straightforward and to the point! Everything I’d expect from the baddest brick around! Everything is clearly conveyed from moment to moment shots and the design of Zoey is still quiet cute and energetic! A bit of a whiplash brick just trying to rundown a child trick or treating but given how the comic ends, I think you balanced the tone as more humorous then serious so kudos to that! A little line clean up might have made the overall product pop better but otherwise solid effort and a fun little diddy!

Pita - Firstly thank you for including Torca, I love how you incorporated him into Zoey's world
I found myself smiling throughout this comic, delightful story and your inks are as professional as ever.
Rikun- That was great! I love how often the camera moved around in this comic, it made things feel very dynamic. That final panel had me cackling evilly.

Pita: I can't think of anything more fun than taking a trowel and going out with a friend to 'dig for treats' (the treats are earth worms). this was a very finished and complete little comic . no wasted pages or filler interactions or nothing. Zoey having the cure to Torka's curse is very pure. just an all-around pure story. I'm not sure the mimic-brick is really like Brick, the character, but the concept is so cool i'm sure Rikun won't mind much. very spooky. Zoey would make such a great all-ages comic book, with your DnD-style worldbuilding and charming art style.
Rikun, that was like one of those 'tiktoks that start out calm and get progressively more chaotic' compilations on youtube, but in the form of a 3 page comic. i was able to follow the action well, regardless of angle changes, so that was nice.

Pita: I cannot look at a brick wall without reading a charged attack now lmao. Very cute also. Get all those worms.
Rikun: Gratuitous brick violence. My favorite.

Pita: You're was adorable. Such clean line work and I enjoyed them running from the 'mimic' with all the bad luck happening around them.
Rikun: This very much shows your story board style. I was a little confused on page 3 with the first two panels, but still very enjoyable
