Jade: I loved the stale gag. I like that you went for *slice* of life, too. Had some trouble with the staging-where characters and furniture stood in the room between angles. Great colours!

Corn: Really liked this comic. Especially the final panel. I think it was really well drawn. The font changes sizes a few times and I just think that looks a little odd.

JADE - I enjoyed the bold lines and color palette you used here! Very tasty!

CORN - I loved the action here, especially that Jurassic Park worthy ending!

I really liked both entries - I think missing the beatdown scene was necessary in Jade's to show the more lighthearted interaction between Bombarda and Ophelia-chan, especially with the page constraints. I did really enjoy the melting cheese tsunami in Corn's, though.

I felt like the BEATDOWN scene was unnecessary because this was meant to be a quick comedy slice of life story and not an action comic. I'm just curious whether the problem is that I didn't do a good enough job creating a slice of life comedy or whether I just should have made a different kind of comic that included the fight scene?

Jade - It kinda feels like nothing happened here, as Peronius is defeated so quickly and we don’t even see it. The colour scheme is cute though, and I liked the punchline. Why are you all eating your enemies anyway, you nasty people XD

Corn - This was really charming, I loved the pastel palette and squishiness of the characters. Peronius looks absolutely disgusting to touch and I mean that as a compliment; I could almost feel the texture of his melted cheese drenching the cafe.

Jade: Love the colors, but I'm not loving the total skipping of the beatdown, I'm guessing it was time constraints that got in the way

Cornbread: Love love the visuals all around and the way peronius draws in nearby pizza to get larger, but I'm not loving the lettering or the sound effects, time constraints as well?

It was a pleasure to do a comic against Jade they have helped me so many times on this site so it was great to finally get to fight them, their character was also so cute I hope yall enjoy the comic I spent a good extra time cleaning up my line work this time around and I hope it shows.

I cant wait to see these cheese filled pastel colored deaths!
