Orion: I like the layouts you did and the panel compositions you had. In terms of your completeness I think in incomplete forms you should try to find a way to quickly add in the panel borders even for an incomplete state. Also if you have to submit incomplete comics I would say to quickly add a layer mask over the sketch layer on parts that have inks done, that way the inked parts look more complete and less confusing. I love seeing Spoiler stuff though and wanna see some more comic with him in the future.

Nothin: I like the bits of story in this and the ways you developed Steph's character in this and the way you hinted at more to come with the dialogue in this. However the vague note you left on i'm not sure if it's the best type of vague for this situation. I think fade to black endings are generally for the final parts of the story to leave the viewer guessing what happens next. However this feels like the middle situation where we are building up to Steph escaping from Hell find out about his relationship with sludge and what really happened to him. Some other options for hinting at more in the future without really saying anything may have been part of a facial expression, another thing would have maybe just been Spoiler's 8 ball face making this seem like a Faustian bargain of sometime. Ofcourse this could be the final time we see Steph in which case the fade to black works, but with all the dialogue hinting at more I hope to see you do future stuff with Steph and expand upon what was hinted in this comic.

Nothin- Feels like you knew it was gonna be tough to do a banger on such tight constraints, so I really admire your ability to ink the entire thing.  I'm jealous of your effortlessly solid handwriting too. The comic does feel a bit weaker storywise--mainly dialogue is very simple, like you're watching a condensed version of a story.  Also, the last panel having no imagery doesn't do much for me.  With vague dialogue I'd like some visual hints to help me out, like just a hint of what Spoiler may have asked about. Of course, i'm sure that would have happened with more time.  You having a consistent, more finished look is something to be proud of!

Orion- Incompleteness is sad, but good job getting it in nonetheless! I think you were more ambitious with your comic overall.  I see lots of background interaction and more varied angles.  Best thing is that despite being basically the same as nothin's this had a natural flow and satisfying conclusion.  Okay, so it's still mostly just speech bubbles, but real difference is the question is direct and thus the "better not tell you now" makes sense.  Anyways, hope you'll keep at it until we can see the finished inks!
