damn, Fearn really laid in XD
FredCorn: i loved the colour choices but they were a bit sloppily laid in. It looks a bit rushed. i dont.... ENTIRELY get the story but i thought dr fabulous was funny anyhow. Excellently horrific monster!
Rofl: Liked these colours too, subtle in a vintage sort of way. You drew the characters hilariously ugly and I liked the expressions a lot but I agree with Fearn in that the jokes fell a bit flat on their own.

Fantstic job? really??? Noooo these were some average comics.
TW: actual critique below lololo
Fred-Corn: art was okay, and the little jokes with like, broccoli Monty on the last panel were quite funny. Overall this was a fairly flat comic but I like how dr Fab kinda wants to be in the pot. Rest of the plot is like I say a bit flat, although I guess playing to Buster's power or whatever - it is very one dimensional.
ROLF: Art is pretty good quality. The story is actually even more b o r i n g than FredCorns: this joke has been done so. many. times. Seriously, I KNOW you can do better than this! I did NOT laugh. At all. Although I appreciate the metafictional elements on p. 1. Also whilst I appreciate Bad Apple refs, it is kinda riffing off nostalgia which is my current pet hate in media.
I know it's not easy to make interesting 3 page comics, but guise, GUISE!!! You are what I would think of as best voiders (Rolf and Fred, tbh I don't think I read any Corn stuff) I EXPECT MORE!!!!
xoxo

Oh man. I loved the self awareness of that comic Rofl
And the sheer amount of not giving a shit from Dr in your comic Fred and Corn made the entire situation so hilariously inappropriate for the stakes at hand.
Fantastic job all three of you.

Thank you all very much, nice to know you guys enjoyed it (or at least cared enough to tell me it wasn't great) and I can at least say with total assurance the art was well received, which makes me glad I haven't lost my touch at all. It's hard to produce something goofy in 3 pages. They can't all be Sally comics. I was worried slumming it around in art dregs may have hurt me, but I at least feel confident that I can do better in the future.
Still, thanks for the comments and critiques everyone. It's nice to know that Void still does that.
