Thanks for the feedback, guys!
Sorry for being a dick and replying until now.

Thanks for the fight, NRG.
I liked how our ideas were a tad similar. Both including gangsters.

Looking forward to see what you've planned, best wishes!

This was a good match! I'm going to point some pros that BOTH of you did well on first.
Congrats to both of you on...
1. having a complete story, beginning with an introduction and resolution
2. Inked
3. A story that is understandable on first read. This one is because some stories bounce and i have to re-read them over and over before i write a comment. This one I can go once, and know what I'm going to say.
Both of you get a gold star on accomplishing this, BUT I have some other things to help you out for the future.

NRG: I see you have been working on inks and learned to clean them up as well-is this from staring at me work on google hangouts? :P Is your attempt on page two panel two supposed to be shading, or your fingers smudged? If you're looking for shading, like greys, you can just dip your paintbrush in water and blend, or mix water with one or two drops of ink to make a gray for that. If you mess up your blacks, use white out and just cover it up (no one will notice if you clean your lineart like you did here). Time to learn proportions in anatomy instead of relying on a skeleton. I will tell you a couple things:
1. the eyes should usually halfway on the face
2. The nose should be half way between the eyes and the chin. No matter how low or high the eyes are, the nose is half way
3. The mouth is half way between the nose and the chin. Many people often make the mistake of the mouth being too low.
4. The arms are usually inbetween the upper waist/pelvic area, and the knee. Some people mistake with the lower waist and the hand gets too long.
5. Only exception to these rules are if you know what you're doing, like animators and caricature artists. But right now, follow these rules.
And again and again, try and draw bigger. You're limiting yourself when you're drawing smaller. You've drawn so long now and you take a long time to just draw a line right. People have meat on their thighs and arms, and you don't seem to get that they're not just tubes. And remember, ruler. If you don't have one though, we humans have some sort of internal balance mechanism in our body (sort of like how if you don't look at a bowl full of water, you don't tip the water as often kind of idea). I learned it when I used to cut with an exacto knife--at one point you don't need to use the ruler because your body already makes a very straight line movement when you use your ENTIRE arm (not just wrist, but biceps and everything). You can do the same thing if you practice over and over with a pen and pencil. Just takes a LOT of practice.

ELGE: You don't need a separate word bubble for every single line of the speech bubble. One or two bubbles for each sentence is needed, otherwise you end up with a funky shape. And you need some breathing room for the text and bubble. You probably want to shrink the size of the text, and combine the word bubbles into a single ellipse shape to make it more asthetically pleasing. Nice action. Sometimes I feel like you could zoom in on some panels to make things more dramatic (panel 1 page six). you don't always have to show the entire character moving to indicate what they're doing (like you don't always have to show their entire body jumping to indicate). You might want to work on backgrounds. On page 8 panel 3, for example, looked like two dudes floating in the air because of no indication of the ground or any of them casting a shadow on the ground. I can see you use a few speedlines here and there, but I don't think you're taking much advantage of it in other panels. Like the last panel in page six, it would have been cool to have speedlines that were horizontal in the background to indicate the inpact of her punch was going in a horizontal direction. The ones on her arm doesn't feel very strong to me.

hope this helps the both of you.

I'm glad you were both able to finish on time  :)  Now Wei won't have to use the hose on you.

NRG - I like your blacks, and the level of detail. I can tell you put a lot of work into it  :)  However, it looks messy, because I don't think a ruler was used for those borders, and you need to work on your anatomy- the people are really stiff. People are never perfectly straight, they always have a bit of a curve to them. And if you give them a curve in their body shape, it really help bring up the level of action. I found the story a bit confusing, although I thiiink I get the general idea.

Elge- I love your first panel, that city, so detail  *_*  Your word balloons seem crowded, the letters seem to just barely fit, so it's a little difficult to focus on reading. Also, do try to vary your angles a bit, I felt a bit like a bystander standing there, watching what was going on. On the "We're not a real gang--" I love the close-up of the eye/face thing, but on the "We're a werewolf gang!" It felt like there ought to have been an epic group shot, and then the reaction shot  :) Definately needs more backgrounds. Lacking a lot of detail beyond that first panel. But the story was pretty good, and easy to follow.

Bobo: All right guys, I'm counting on you both to step up your game and turn in some completed shit! You have four weeks--you have NO EXCUSE for an incomplete comic. If you don't have time, make it shorter.

I love you guys, but I will not be kind if you flake on this one.
