Thanks guys! I was affraid that door thing wouldn't read well, I had a lot of trouble trying to figure out how to make it work. :/  I'll get it next time.
Cult, I'm not big on sound effects, but that's a good idea, maybe I should have for this.

Kent, you know you have all of the dibs.

Good job, man. Nice work on the textures and colours. I love the atmosphere in the comic, very creepy. I definitely agree about page 2, but otherwise, good work. Those little demons riding on Malec are adorable :3

I liked the color choices like everyone else, especially the textures in your inks like the rug on page one. I must confess that i too had issues with reading page 2 i feel like a simple knock fx would have forewarned people that something is about to happen. I do kinda think the room on that page could have been alittle shorter unless the elongated perspective was supposed to add to the dramatic tension, if so i think it should have appeared longer. Overall i thought this was very good read looking forward to more.

I call dibs on Month of the Dead, LeFred! I'd love to battle Malec ;)

I like the first page--so fraught with tension--well done! I also agree with Pyras about Page 2--it took me a moment to realize what happened, sort of like choppy animation. Still, I am really interested in seeing where the story goes, and what Mortimerr has planned for Malec's future.

Personally I feel this comic should be getting a much higher rating than it currently is. Everything even up to the walls and flat surfaces are drawn with love, the colors perfectly reflect the inhuman dread of the situation, and as usual, the writing is spot on.

As critique, I think you could have better portrayed what is happening between panels 2-3 on page 2. The first time I read the page I didn't realize that the demon dog had knocked down the door. The 2D viewpoint on panel 1 on page 3 makes clear a glaring sizing problem between the victim and Malec, unless the victim is particularly diminutive.

Excited to see what happens next.

Oh man oh man I am SO pumped to see what you do with Malec as a separate character now. Great job on his intro pages for sure!

Awesome, I love this - the story continues, but don't kill him right away.
