Thanks for all the feedback guys! Also I'm going to reply to the Voidcast people's comments here: I totally agree with all your critiques! I will do my best to work on all the things you mentioned. Thanks a bunch!
Otakutaylor: I'll clear it up now, the suit thing was totally intentional! I almost didn't include it because I thought people wouldn't realise it was a result of Mr Awesome's insanity and mistake it for inconsistency on my part, but I changed my mind in the end, so I'm glad it made you laugh.

I had not been able to comment on this because me being stupid and forgetting to. DERP.
I absolutely love the way you two draw expressions. Your characters look so alive and aaaaa.
Wolcik:
I believe your colors are fantastic and the way you draw Mr.Awesome expressions is aaa, so pretty! I'm pretty sure we all would have like to see more of your comic, but hey, if life gets in the way, then it is better to pay attention to it.
I'm really looking forward to fight you one of these days once we both get enough time and all.
Looking forward for more artwork from you!
BecHahns:
All of my background envy. You can have it. Your escenarios are pretty and it was quite easy to see where they were, at least for me.
Your comic made me laugh several times. Specially with Mr. Awesome.
Scrumpy is a very cool character and I liked who you kept the comic Light-Hearted, even if he has a Demon on his head.
That is something I should try to do with my character

Wolcik: on top of finding a job, you also had your fight with jessie and your new character to work on, so I can see why you only got 4 pages in 4 weeks, but that said these are still pretty nice! The bodies and especially the faces have excellent shapes and anatomy. They have a variety of emotion and still easily read as the same character. However, there really doesn't feel like a lot of action or force when the characters are depicted as moving. I had to go back and check a few times to figure out Awesome took a hit to the face. I would say look into some text and word bubble practice if you can, as some of the conversation feels a bit dry and the text seems to change size not for dramatic effect but just to fit it inside the panel.
Bechahns: My god, the action words. You have so many great word effects, it's astounding! From the under the breath comments to those little words that so well describe an action. One of my faves is that little "squeeze" on page 4. In addition you have a remarkably varies panel structure, so many different setups, shapes, and designs yet each page read flawlessly. I have to add, that suit Awesome is already bursting out of made me double take, but it a good way. Realizing that he would have worn it for effect without even realizing no one would see it. Dunno if that was the intent but it worked very well. I'm sad to hear about how life took a harsh turn for you, and hope you're feeling alright. Really looking forward to more hilarious scrump. After he gets his head unstuck, hehe.

There is such great artwork in both of these! What a fun match, its like with these characters theres no way not to make it hilarious, and both were very well drawn! Wolcik I liked your drinking match, though I confess sometimes I had a hard time following the sequence of events, like panels were missing or out of order or something. But that image of Scrumpy and Mr Awesome passed out at the bar had me in tears! BecHahns, good to see some versus comics from you! I liked the end of your story, it was funny, and the action was great! I don't even have any critiques right now! Nice comics you guys!

Wolcik: BecHahns: This is awesome, I owe you some great of work and effort since my part fell flat.

I've uploaded my half. I'm sorry, I know everyone was expecting colour and that but I just didn't have time. I did my best.

I'm sorry, but I finally managed to find a job and starting to wake up at 5 am is a bit too much for me right now to manage a good battle, and besides after trying doing lines 100% digitally I lost the flow.

Thanks for the kind words. I've spent the time I needed away now so now all I've got is a deadline in 2 days at uni and then I'm plain sailing after that to work my butt off on this comic. It's not going to be finished to the standard I'd hoped but I'll do my best. I just thought I'd better warn people in advance.

Hey, I don't think there's any need to apologize. Really, stuff like this happens whenever we least expect it. I'm really sorry for your loss, the best thing to do at the moment is stay together with the family. Family is the most important thing in this world and it is best to pass good and bad times together with them. Take it easy and come back to kick butt when you feel better.

Just thought I'd give people a heads up - this month's been pretty tough for me and I've kind of dropped the ball on this. A family loss and other stuff has thrown me off kilter a bit. I've still got to ink most of my pages and draw the last couple and I'm hoping I can get the majority of that done but there's a chance I won't get it finished in the next week. I definitely won't have time to colour anything. I'm sorry, I'm annoyed at myself for fucking up my first battle and I feel bad, especially to you Wolcik. I definitely won't default though.
