I think the characters neat & the art is pretty, but I think your layouts could use some more thought. There's a lot of panels stretching across the page & I think you could tell the same story in half the pages. And things like him announcing the stick up are covering up the chief bit of info (the gun to the head) you're looking to get across in that panel. It's fine to overlap sometimes but pick when it's best.
Also look to some of the sites like blambot for some handwritten looking fonts that compliment your style better than a big, sterile looking Impact.

I am in love with your style. It's not so messy that you can't understand what's going on, and I love how the colors tell the story. I look forward to see more!

@ Animeshen : Me too! Now that I think for a second I think about Cowboy Beebop haha, but hopefully I can make it stand apart!
@ Tofubeast: Thank you! I'm a lot more into nature landscapes and such, so hopefully I'll get a chance tor really improve on my urban environments in Void! !
I'm happy to be a part!
@MyHat: Haha thank you! But looking at how everyone in Void has improved from comic to comic is really motivating to me to improve as well!
We should definitely battle sometime *H*!

Awesome character! I love the attention to detail in the backgrounds and the whole space bandito vibe. Welcome to Void!

@ Kent: Thanks! I was afraid the background people would be too distracting since Wally is kind of simple in design, but I'm glad they're enjoyable!
I'm happy to be a part (And so is Wally)
@ Mintley: Thank you Mintley! I've gotten some feedback regarding the same thing from the Acceptance Committee, and I've already been working on my craftsmanship in some comics I'm working on the side! It's hard to be patient with with the lines sometimes, but I know taking the time to clean it up will definitely improve the clarity! (As well as line boldness, I've grown so used to it but now I can kinda see how it can feel really flat, regarding the panels especially.)
@ShouldacouldaCola: Thanks haha!
@Thresher: Only took like half a year of deliberation
@PyrasTerran: Me too! I'm still deciding how I'm gonna incorporate some more Western into Wally's Void World, but I think I have some decent things worked out.

Such a cool character! I look forward to seeing you battle :] Love the idea and your execution is great, just one thing, I I think the linework could be a bit tighter in some areas. You seem to really let your colours do the talking with those very thin black lines, but certain areas are a bit messy, such as your hands and fingers. I feel like it's probably a style thing, and it doesn't really bother me, but I feel like they're more messy than they need to be.

Outrageous intro--can't wait to battle! I especially love the little details--the little freckles in his close-up, the angle on that wolf. And hell, those train passengers look interesting enough for their own comics. Welcome to Void, Wally

@Kuro: Thanks for the input Kuro! I gotten similar suggestions regarding the font, and I've been applying some new ones and still debating which one I like best. Regardless, it definitely is looking better even with a more natural font choice!
And thanks for the advice about the panels, it was definitely challenging coming up with the panel composition. I'm thinking about looking for some good references later this week; I felt that the last part of the story was majorly crunched, since I tried to tell two separate stories at once while following the four page limit.
I think I'll practice by doing my future comics with linework for a while so I don't fret too much over color detail before I get my page composition down. I'll definitely incorporate this advice into my next submission!
