Amalooloo: I loved this. I would still love a little cleaner linework, but I have no real complaints.

Wendaloo: I loved this as well. I would put some borders around the word balloons, in places they blend with the background a bit. I would also like a little more tightness on the backgrounds too.

Amaloo- I can see you slowly filling out your current style, and coming into your own and I love it. Your use of color seems to be coming along more naturally and becoming much more fluid.Your expressions and sense of flow is also getting better as well. In terms of portraying your opponents character I think you did an excellent job, the twilight book and drawing of a dick in Madison's sketchbook were excellent touches. I also like how pot wasn't to focus but was still brought up (to smoke a FATTIE...what do you think!?). Good dialogue, better flow, nice colors. I'm digging it. Keep going.

Wend- Your washed out sepia look is defiantly within your comfort area, and despite this your proving that you know how to apply it correctly. The zombies were a little unexpected and such, but for the mood that you set out to set in the begining of the comic and what not, I was able to roll with it without having to stop and go:

"Wait what?"

Your line quality are and attention to subtle detail is impressive but I can see more lurking under the surface and would like it if you tried and explore this a little bit more. You could use a bit more practice on your facial structure as at a few angles it starts to break-down a little bit but that can be solved with some simple practice. Try pushing more with expressions that fit better with the emotions your trying to convey. Your pacing and clarity are fine, and they can only get better. Good comic. Your improving well. I hope to see more from you.

Amaloo, it's not often I actually laugh out loud when reading. I really loved your entire approach. Especially the very first page. It drew me in and kept me interested. I really don't have much to say aside from a few minor things. I'd like to see you take some work into your backgrounds. You have a few, but more than 50% of it are just color fulls, hashings and splotches. Also, perhaps make your dialogue text  a bit more text or develop a specific text other than your regular handwriting for it. I dunno, that's just me being picky about type-setting. Perhaps study better placement of your bubbles as well. They feel a bit congested every so often.

I also just realized Madison had drawn a penis in her sketchbook. Ahahahaa! You get many entertainment props from me, Hun! Great job. I REALLY look forward to seeing your development.

Wend, I'm sad to say I wasn't quite drawn into yours as I was Amaloo's. It was along a more serious/can't think of anything side. The whole Zombies showing up was unexpected, but alright!  I REALLY liked the washed out sephia look. I'm a huge fan of those colors and what not. It fit your story well. The only thing I'd have to say about that though (despite my like for it) is the eye can quickly become bored with it.  I recommend adding random saturated colors to highlight certain things that can draw the readers eye into the comic more. That is, if you use that technique again. =D

Great job to the both of you.

WAH!  I pissed myself laughing at Your's Amaloo. I love how she was reading twilight and a cool take on the intro comic too:)

I really got to work on my humour in comics...

Amaloo, I just wanted to say the first part with the pancakes made me laugh. I think everyone  knows someone like that.

Both entries were pretty entertaining. I enjoyed them.
