Mister_Kent-Looked very nice for a first battle! I'm still not a fan of that soft shading, I really think your art would work a lot more with cel shading. Soft shading is very difficult to pull off well and I think you would get a little more control and definition by going with cel shading. You're also having some problems with your color selection, try to not start with the most saturated colors as your base colors, it makes things feel very blown out color wise. You may also want to watch those linewidths, on page 5 panel 1 especially everything is around the same line width making it difficult to differentiate what is in the background and what's in the foreground. Story wise this was pretty fun, it wasn't crazy original but I enjoyed how you portrayed Koba, you gave him quite a bit of personality. I think you also did a great job with your facial expressions.
ledes-loved the establishing shot on the first panel! But like with Kent, please work on your linewidths a bit, everything kind of blended together throughout the battle. Perhaps trying to incorporate some more solid blacks into your work could help like what you have going on in the first few pages. Story wise I enjoyed this quite a bit more than your previous battle, I was able to get into the characters a lot easier this time around.

Hello Phillip, i couldn't do many details 'cause i don't have enough time, and the reductions of the pages I did to scan didn't have the best quality; but actually i'm drawing on a A3 size paper.
Thanks for the comment!!!

Pretty good, but I think there's a lot to be improved on
Kent: For a first battle this was pretty good, I liked how you're sticking to her being an agent in the field and whatnot, but I think you could of gone for a different type of story since I could see Jane getting her cover blown by the opponent's character. Perhaps the Orphanage is tricked into thinking Koba is a spy instead? Well, I can't chastise you any further since most first battles on void do involve character A fighting character B, but try to push yourself in the story department and you'll improve greatly.
The art here was... OK. I wasn't really impressed since you really didn't have much going on with the details and such (also, be careful of where you want the reader's eye to move on page 2, that was confusing as hell and hurts you greatly in the end), never be afraid to load up on details if you have the time, and I don't mean adding bricks onto walls, everybody does that ;3. Think of what somebody would have in their area, or what would be found in say... an alleyway or a pub. Get yourself into that mindset and details will not be a problem for ya.
Ledes: Not bad, quality here is your strongest out of the two, but... there's something about the inks that just doesn't sit well with me. I have to wonder what size you're using for your comic pages, I'm guessing regular office printing paper size which is fine and all, but makes it so that you can't properly detail without things looking cluttered and messy. I think if you draw at a bigger size (11 x 17 inch paper), and scan at printing size (300dpi) your inks would come out a lot cleaner. I did like the tones you used as well, but you should try to use them more often.
Story here, well... I couldn't really make much sense of what was going on, and it kinda felt like you were missing some dialogue, and some of it just wasn't needed. Doesn't mean I didn't find what you had entertaining as your comic was pretty understandable through actions and character expressions.
Overall a good battle, but my vote is going to Ledes.
