haha agreed about the shorthand, & what david had to say about the anatomy. it seemed like in some points you were trying to fit more into the panel & the proportions suffered from it. a lot of big heads on small bodies. otherwise this was pretty alright.

Slade- From what I can kinda tell about what you posted this woulda been good...I think your pacing and page design is good you have nice anatomy and posing of characters...this could have been the shit...sadly pwnage is happening to you simply cuz its not done...

Fel: You have some weird anatomical inconsistencies which I don't understand...some panels you have excellent anatomy and proportion and others its like you forgot how to draw the body...mostly it happens in panels dealing with perspective (eg pg3 pn4 that arm in perspective....booo) Otherwise I actually enjoyed this.  I think since Ive been on Void this is the first battle Ive seen you in...apparently youre famous..

I'll give this an actual critique later but..

Slade, you have been on a steady decline for a while now. Don't even bother to post excuses anymore, if you truly want to apologize for defaulting or turning in something that can't even be read, then start finishing your battles. There are punishments for this kind of stuff dude and you don't want to lose the ability to participate on Void.

Slade... I'm also very disappointed man, I was expecting a BB as well earlier from ya but you defaulted on that too. I would like to know what's going on with ya so that things can be cleared up, but for now dude, I can't even vote this above a 2 overall.



Fel: Damn you for spooking me like that! But anywho, this looks good man, I thought a few things were confusing at first, like the flashback sequence being more washed out and the part where the receptionist got shot. But other than that I thought this was a good read. You should put more time into your next comic though man, cause then you'd really kick ass.

Real nice fight! your characters always looks sick, and your colors are awesome. Also, your lettering is looking good here and thats a definite improvement because I think that is usually the only part of your comics that isn't up to par.  Great job fitting a conflict and conclusion in your story, good lead in to the next.

yea i was being sarcastic, the last 4 pages i did hella last second but i tried to do something different with this fight which made it easier. Still didn't get to do everything i had planned and had to cut 3 pages

Felle: Well, I already beat you up on AIM for the grammatical slips, so I won't beat the horse further here. (But seriously... try to remember the difference between contractions and possessives.) There are a few places were your faces seem odd. Like the cheekbones don't match up on P2's face in one shot on page 4. But for the most part, I really liked this from you. It's great to see you back and working again.

like i said to angie: i'd blame my dentist work that i've been getting (this last time they pulled 14 off the top... as in i only have the incisors, and i've been on percocet till just recently). but i had two whole weeks before the appointment that i squandered. still going to finish this though. and i'm still working on the other bb. ^_^; it got the back burner partly because of said dental work (in januaray i had teeth pull on the jaw... that hurt like a bitch, but for a shorter time then the top did) and this battle. irony. maybe i'll just put the two together...

well, the good news is that i'm getter better at scanning in large pages (part of the reason why i took so long to even scan in the first part of my bb in the first place. i was skitish about the way i'd scan in. its not so bad now that i've done it.)

okay, i've rambled on too long. like i said, i failed. i admit it. i was lazy (at least at the start). i know it's a broken record coming from me at this point, but it is a new year, and i did just get the major dental work that i've been needing done... so "next time, i'm pulling out all the stops and kicking ass".
