wow, Charm, I really like the way Hot Chick\'s story is going, nice art too. o_o altho yours felt a tad short even for 9 pages... but that\'s just my oppinion

qtr, dang that really sucks you couldn\'t finish D: I liked the way it was turning out, I like your art style too, nice.
good luck in the tournament to both of you!

you both have talent....talent I wish I had! Like I mentioned in Romero and Larethen\'s match, I really enjoy a good story. I really enjoy a complete story too and I wish Fragile\'s story concluded in this battle.
M.E. got this one by default just for completion\'s sake....but I have to admit that if Fragile\'s was done.....it\'s might have been an even match since I liked where Fragile\'s story was going.

Hot Chick stuff always makes me want to cry!!
The begining was great and creapy, reminded me of a party from The Ring, the whole. research. thing.

Really great comic!
The colours, panel transition, angles and facial expressions gives me a feel of viewing a an actual cartoon. My favorite part is where the glass starts to appear when Hot Chick is on that lonely spot. Kick ass blast at the ending too, i loved the way you drew the dashing fireball.
The search engine thing, the chat while Hot Chick goes for a search, that was also one of the best things i like. Switching in between scenes like that, there are only a few who can do it properly.

Qt
Sorry you couldn\'t finish, BUT i like the sportivity at the ending supporting the chick. Somehow, that gotten you points.
I like the way the first two panels are coloured, i myself have always been a fan of pastel or vivid dead colours. (hope you know what i mean). I like the fact that the outline around Hot Chick is actually white instead of the default black. I must say it works very effective in your style, it sucks in mine, lol.
I noticed the suprise cameo of Estrellla. I know she\'s too charming too not wanna include somewhere.

Keep up the ass kicking, guys! Sad enough one of you gotta die.

M.E. Charm- Personally I don’t agree with the crit with regard to the action needed to be more dynamic… for me this battle wasn’t about the action but the story and you pulled that off in spades. The only crit I have for you is that on page 5 and 6, it took me a couple of seconds to figure out what fragile was doing. It seem obvious now looking at it, but on the first read through I had to go back and look at it again… witch broke up the flow.

Gtrnevermore- To me honest your style has always been a little hit or miss with me, but this time out I really like the treatment. In this one you allowed more of your line work to show through and I think it adds a lot to the piece something to think about for your next battle.

I was wondering when this fight would come up

Charm: Overall this fight was pretty good man. But storywise you had a good start, but it really started to slow down after the first few pages. But you\'re really doing great so far, but I\'m thinking next round, you gotta step up your game man.

QTR: Birthday gal again huh? Sweet. I\'m sorry you couldn\'t finish, looks like you had a good thing goind too. Oh well, next year maybe? You did surprizingly well this year!

Vote goes to charm, but only by so much from me.

Charm: Ditto to what\'s already been said about your action shots, but that\'s just a minor point. Your writing is what really sets you apart from the other fighters in this tourney (and of course the chicken-administered beat-downs) and you keep topping yourself with every fight. I like how you give each one of Hot Chick\'s opponents unique treatment so far as their motivation for entering the SDT is concerned.

QTR: Dude, I like your painterly approach a whole lot and it\'s unfortunate that you weren\'t able to finish the battle. Each one of your fights was an improvement upon the former, and Fragile was easily the creepiest fighter in the tournament. Once again, I wish you had been able to find the time to finish, because this was shaping up to be a really impressive fight.

Guy McManning versus Hot Chick. Look for it! Seriously, Charm, this tourney couldn\'t possibly be better unless Fuu entered with Crazy Samurai or something. Major props for the writing, art, everything.

QTR, nice move putting Basil in, and I\'m definitely looking forward to the finished product.

yeah, kure pretty much hit it on the head. still, great work charm. i think if you would have added speed lines that might have helped with the impact (well, you did have some on the last panel on page 8, but the shots that could have used some would have been either panel 2, 3, or both on page 7)

qtr, i really must say that you have improved greatly from the first round. to be honest, i wasn\'t all that impresed with you first offering. but through this one i can really see your potential, which is a lot. the tricky part is keeping up the same level of skill will being a lot faster on the draw (pun intended). once i get one of my new characters up, i\'ll deffinately challange you at some point... well, that is, if you ever put together a regular fighter. oh well.

great work from both of you!

good show, both of you! wish you finish though, qtr! and whoa, so hot chick\'s blind eye is missing/cooked/lost now? damn..

qtr: I love how hot chick looks in your style! and I love how painterly looking it is :) so classy!! wish you finished it :( maybe someday.. good luck on your move! (I heard you\'re moving?)

ch: awesome! i kinda agree with what kure said, probably dramatic effect will do nicely to add more... punch into the fighting scenes, maybe variation in lines or summat, to emphasize the impact. but I really like how you handled the story. and man, props to you for using indonesian names/language... *tears of happiness*

nice effort charm, the only things that bugged me were that the fight was in the arena, i know why you set it there but it might have been nice to have a more interesting fight venue especially after the beta model fight.
Also you might wanna make the action panels more extreme if you get what i mean. The impact in them wasnt as hard hitting as it could have been.

QTR- sorry that you didnt finish. The fight was coming along nicely and had me very interested in seeing it all  D: hopefully youll post up the other pages at some later date
