Oh yeah, PsychoCaptain, I don\'t know if it was intentional or not, but having the flashback be colored while leaving the main stroy black and white worked nicely.

Pyraithe: Yeah, you\'r right. Roks mom is gettign over exposed all over the place. Why she\'s been in, oh I con\'t know... ONE whole frame before. We gotta stop using her quick! She might end upp being a part of every single comic in void if we\'re not careful...
And yes, that was irony you just read.

And just in case you didn\'t know: neither of us, me and sdsj@mac.com, had any idear about what the other ones comic was going to be about previous to posting them here.

Great comic by the way sdsj! Rok looks good and i like how we both used Roks mom to start of the battle. Also i like the creepy dark feling in your comic. I tried to make mine a little scary too but I\'m not sure i made it^^

sdsj: nice battle story was ok but the entertainment was just right, i dont know either character so it was all confusing lol

Psycho Captain: for black an white that was pretty damn good, i love the cartoony way it looks but the story was weird for me cause i dont know either one of you lol but it was very entertaining at the same time

i voted almost the same but i forget who i gave the lesser score to ^_^

I personally believe Rok did the better job here. While both were of course fantastic (didn\'t expect less), Rok just manages to squeeze in some of his own background while he\'s at it. That, and I love the little trick our favourite Devil Child uses at the end.

I love that third page captain. Great pacing. the other pages were good as well. I liked this fight better than your zaffeus fight.

sdsj: You have some great artwork going on here, the story though seems somehow decent.

Psycho: Your art is also good, but your story here is more appealing in this battle and got me hooked into it. You win my votes.

This is some awesome shit from the two of you.  SDSJ, stellar first production; your lineart works really well.  My biggest criticisms are that you had these really weird action poses that seemed stiff and awkward, and your story was kinda weak at times (especially the ending).

PsychoCaptain, Rok looks about as awesome as ever.  My one complaint: his characteristic humor was just not there.  I know this was meant to be a darker entry with the flashback as the centerpiece, but still, it felt kinda strange.  My best advice is keep running with this backstory and flesh it out as evenly possible.

Man, reading this I wish you two had collab\'ed a lot more.  There\'s something really juicy starting here with these entries, and I think you two showed a good respect for each other\'s characters and their unique traits in addition to their similarities.  The art from both sides was also pretty good, and easy to follow.  I wanna see this taken further, but all in all, I was fairly impressed.  Good luck you two.

great job both of you, i relaly enjoyed it from both halves. neither of you got below a B from me......i can\'t wait to see more fights from you guys in the future.
