I\'d like to apologize for the overall crappy quality of this battle. Wait until my next battle before you dismiss Jake as a crappy and boring character, though. I\'ve learned a lot from this comic (my first serious attempt at a comic, actually) and my next battle will be much better.

I loved the way you portrayed Jake even if it was a little anticlimactic, Chunk.

And thanks Wei, you really saved my ass with the whole uploading thing.

I liked the unfinishedness, it showed process, you know?  I like how you set up vanishing points and everything.

spaceninja: i really liked your comic, even though it wasn\'t finished. it kinda threw me off jumping from colour page to B&W page (but damn, those colour pages were awesome).  hopefully next fight you can have a whole comic done, but at least you submitted what you had  :3   even though it was unfinished, it was pretty entertaining. just a bit low points for quality because of the un-finishedness and inconsistency of pages.

chunkplex: eh.....to be honest, it was a little boring. didn\'t really do much for me. love the art though, and everything being finished gave you high points in quality, but the points dropped in entertainment.

I hope you had a good time with your first battle spaceninja. I\'m eager to see your entry as well. I feel that mine is pretty lame, story-wise. I\'ve been feeling very uninspired lately and this battle reflects that. Anyways, I\'m sorry I didn\'t do more with this because really wanted to.

Well I\'m uploaded. I was a little bit too ambitious with the art in this and 5 of 9 pages (the first two are stacked because of the panelling) aren\'t colored, 3 of which aren\'t inked. Next time I\'ll probably try to finish inking before I start on colors or something crazy like that.
