Dolly Dandellion is a Pikin, an anthromorphic species that resembles more like rabbit or a squirrel.
Dolly came to Void City after a fight with her brother Renny and ran away from home and miles from the forest. She suddenly got lost along the way, and eventually she stumbled across the city. Her previous life was cut short when she accidentally walked into a stadium hosting the Speed Death Tournament at the time, where she would get murdered by one of the tourney's participants known as Fik.
Dolly was then mysteriously brought back to life as an angel, and she now lives her new life as she would have when she was still alive. She would eventually gain new friends in the city, gain new magical girl powers thanks to the magic wand Milly created for her, and become fast friends with a kaiju named Leviathorah, who she keeps as her pet.
Later on in her life, she bumped into a demon child called Lily, who made an unfair pact with her explaining she will be dragged to hell with Lily to be sold as a slave for money unless Dolly finds someone or something of equal value to her. The next year, Lily reappeared and dragged Dolly to hell anyway, with another friend of hers, Lilyfeather, following suit. What happened to Dolly after that has not yet been written.
Her signature flower was originally given to her by her mother when she was still alive. She wears it on her head in memory of her. She was age 5 on the day she died. After being revived, she'll be unable to age like everyone else because she's dead. She has angel wings, even without her magical girl powers. With them, she can now fly freely throughout the city. One special thing about these wings is that they're also retractable, which means she can hide them completely and make them reappear whenever she pleases. But most of the time, she hides them specifically because they get in the way of things. Her tail used to be big and fluffy, but then Lily went and shaved it off one summer at a beach as revenge for chucking a beach ball at her. Her tail has been short-furred after that, not because it won't grow back to its original form, but because Dolly decided to keep it that way and trims it on a regular basis.
