Kasi (Swahili word meaning \"fast, quickly, speedily, hastily\") and Anyango \"Ann\" (Kenyan name meaning \"friend\") are two young warriors that have left their village in search of an idol that was stolen from their village. This search has lead them to Void City. Anyango has an aunt (Mai) in Void City and the two of them stay at her place.

Anyango is younger of the two (16, Kasi is 20) and the only one in the village to venture into the \"outside\" world previously. Anyango is laid back, while Kasi is the more \"warriorish\" of the two. Kasi is slightly arrogant, which he deems is \"pride for one\'s self\".

Kasi would rather do this assignment on his own, but the village elder Kaaria elected Anyango to go with him, due to the fact of her previous \"outside\" world experience.

The two of them must find the idol and get it back to the village at all costs.

Kasi:
