Hunter was trained by his father, the best agent that PRD has ever had. When he was 5 his mother died and his father was M.I.A. He went on with training at PRD, and after a few years found out that he, and his sister has powers as thier mother and father did. When Hunter was 12 his sister said that she was going to go to seek out thier father and they would be a family again one day.
