A decorated veteran of countless wars, Dekkard became disillusioned by his country's lack of direction (bouncing back and forth between freedom and facism). He went rogue some years ago, bringing down his former allies to great disaster. After his last war tore his country into multiple factions, Dekkard disappeared without a trace.
