Marcelle is just a nice mosquito gal who tries to live off her gig as a street corner clown (and corner store clerk.) She's clumsy and frankly not talented, but she wants you to smile!

Descriptions also fit those given of the suspected culprit of a string of bloody murders, where victims were drained of blood, with puncture wounds present on the bodies.
The creature is very fast, agile, and capable of wall-climbing and long jumps.
