Once a man in great debt to higher powers. His debts eventually caught up to him as he was forced to pay the piper, his organs stripped away and replaced with experimental tech, his mind burned away as his entire being was "repossessed" and turned into a living weapon. During the prototyping phase of a cybernetic soldier experiment with him as the main subject, he managed to escape and find himself escaping into the world, confused and without his memory, a confused killing machine with no knowledge of who he was or who he was going to be. Now he rides with the D4C (Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap) crew, performing dangerous duties and killing baddies.
Judge is a vicious killing machine who tends to jump to violence at the drop of a hat, but he's known to try and be tricky and set up plans of attack beforehand, and even try and intimidate or coerce his way out of things if he can. He's mute, but knows sign language, and sometimes just provides the muscle for his more talkative team members. He can also be friendly, and even quite sentimental at times, but it's hard to get him to open up his shell. Once you get through his tough exterior and make him a friend, you'll have no safer company than the walking arsenal on your side.
Judge works as a bouncer and security for Songbird's Nightclub "The Gilded Cage" when not on missions.
