Personality: Hoya is an energetic girl that wears her heart on her 90s patterned sleeves. She has a strong sense of justice thanks to the officer that taught her about society. If someone is doing something bad or wrong, she will not hesitate to call them out on it and take matters into her own hands. Her naivety can lead her to being stubborn, though it is from a good place that she wants to do the right thing and look out for everyone. She’s reckless, but as reliable and loyal as can be.
History: After being raised in the jungle by animals, this green haired oddball has only been a part of society for a few years now. She doesn’t remember anything before her time in the jungle, and her obliviousness shows. A kind explorer found her and brought her back to civilization, and while an officer of the law tried to find her family, said officer ended up looking out for her for over a year. Hoya had no records, no identification, and no education, so the officer took it upon herself to teach the green haired girl everything she could.
POWERS:
Portal Creation: the ability to create portals to different universes.
Interdimensional Travel: she can use her portals to travel between realities at will.
Solarkinetic Absorption: her hair acts as a conduit, absorbing solar energy which in turn strengthens and fuels her.
Inhuman Stamina: while she may not be on the same level as a meta, she can do things such as running without getting tired and swimming for long periods of time with no break.
