Summary: Katya is an immortal witch who's existed for hundreds of years. Flirty, fun, and always getting herself into trouble, Katya is a hedonistic party girl with expensive tastes, and gladly uses her magical powers to get whatever she wants. She hates having any damper on her fun and doesn't take kindly to when others refuse her what she wants. Still, she's not all bad... things stop being fun when they get too serious after all, and she's got her babies to take care of!
Personality: Katya is a hedonist who loves drinking, partying, and spoiling herself. She's extroverted and loves meeting new people, as long as they aren't total drags to hang around. She does have a somewhat responsible side when it comes to her two babies, who are sentient lumps of clay that she brought to life with her alchemy. Because of this, she's a bit divided between her responsibility as a mother and her desire to make herself happy. Can't a girl have both?
Powers/Physiology: Using her magic wand, Katya is like a Fairy Godmother (or Fairy Wine-Aunt) who can cast spells, blessings, and curses. Katya can alter other's physical bodies, but is unable to alter their minds (for example, she can turn someone into a frog, but cannot change their mindset into that of a frog). All of Katy's spells come with caveats to undo them that are out of her control. Katya is immortal, but she can still get injured.
Babies: Katy's two "children", Kameel and Kenya, are sentient balls of clay with eyes. They are completely defenseless and rely on Katya for survival... and they are probably the things she care about most in the world. While currently looking like small brown balls, when they age, they will eventually become full-fledged witches like their mother.
