Scotch (or Scott) has committed drunken crimes so heinous, they're unimaginable. To curb his addiction, he's been saddled with the burden of wearing a Medal for Drunkenness. Everyone refuses to serve him as long as he wears it. He'll do anything for a drink, but life has a way of comedically sniping them from his grasp every time he gets close to quenching his thirst. He's real cranky about his forced sobriety. By now, he's convinced the medal is actually cursed.

It is important to remember when drawing or writing him that he cannot consume any alcohol under any circumstances. How close he gets is up to you.
