Sanguine is a fallen angel. Specifically of a seraphim rank. Having lost his status he is severely weakened, which doesn't impede his murderous intent nor make him equal to mortal men. Should he ever regain his power in rank or quantity it would spell doom for all.

Bio: Sanguine followed in the footsteps of his fellow disgraced peer Lucifer by turning his back on the Empyrean and his God appointed duties, becoming instead enamoured with the Heraclitean fire of the world. Since his banishment from the heavens he spent centuries messing around with humanity in every way he could think of, with Void City being just one of many places in America where he wrought havoc and mischief (and maybe a bit of bohemian promiscuity if one was un/lucky).

Currently he has developed a pattern of clawing his way into local criminal gangs and police forces. He has yet to achieve the same level of success in Void as he did in previous locations in the USA.

Personality: Sanguine is unfathomably vain and arrogant. Endowed with incredible androgynous beauty that he endlessly flaunts, feeling no consequences from the excesses of the flesh and metaphysical immaturity have done nothing to promote humility in him. He may grow in power, reclaim what he once lost but he will never grow. He will remain possibly forever as a stunted, immoral monster who thinks nothing of others.

It boggles the mind how this man hasn't become full fledged demon yet!?

Powers and abilities:

Sanguine retains a lot of the powers he used to have as a full fledged angel but it is all greatly diminished now. Predominantly he fights using a weaker and tainted version of the angelic energy from which Quicksilver and his caste draw their power from, in conjunction with his accumulated over time skill in multiple weapons. Swords being his best and loved above everything (including rapidly advancing technology).

Though while still being immensely powerful, Sanguine compensates for the large gaps in his former power by practicing a disorganised variety of black magical systems, discarding and optimising as needed.

His most abused skill of shapeshifting is less for practical use and more to satisfy his ravenous vanity and desire to become what he once was and more. He uses this power to alter his appearance and bolster his nigh-infinite wardrobe
