Backstory: Quicksilver comes from an angelic warrior caste that use the holy energy within their wings to fight demons.

Powerful though this energy be, it is finite and replenishes slowly. Thus Quicksilver finds himself making a drastic choice.

He takes a holiday to the city of EnterVoid. Hopefully he does not run into too many demonically inclined characters.

Personality: Quicksilver is a polite enough guy to most people he meets and can tolerate a lot of rudeness thrown his way but he is inflexibly uncompromising on criminal and evil behaviour.

Powers:
Angelic energy: Like all angels from his background, Quicksilver wields a multipurpose holy energy that resides within his golden wings.

This energy can be used to both heal and harm at the users intent. Should an angelic wielder not wish to harm the innocents or the environment around them, they can simply will it to be so.

This energy is especially harmful to supernatural beings regardless of corporeality or intangibility.

Flight: Even without the use of his wings, Quicksilver can levitate above the ground.

Conditional immortality: Quicksilver is not susceptible to age but he can nevertheless be killed by a powerful enough foe.

Minor healing factor: Quicksilver can regenerate any damage incurred but very slowly and over time as it is very taxing on the energy within his wings.

Minor shapeshifting: Quicksilver can hide some of his angelic features to pass himself off as a regular human, though it is an extraneous cosmetic ability with formal intentions and he uses it primarily because he's taken a liking to humans.
