Originally working as a postal worker, Kenan was picked up by the agency through fairly mundane channels to handle logistics. Not too long after, however, he convinced management to place him in a more active role, as a driver for field agents. Though to this day that is his only responsibility on paper, he's taken a real shining to comms and surveilance in addition to what he's meant to do. Some time in the midst of this, he incurred the injury of a radio dissolved in his shoulder, which he can somehow use and mentally receive signals from without touching. From the same accident, he was also rendered blind unless his eyes are submerged in liquid, which is what his goggles mean to rectify.

Kenan has a bit of a superiority complex. While he doesn't tell people how to do the jobs he hasn't perosnally taken on, he will take sole ownership over what he has, and will condescend or outright halt agents on his turf. If you don't work with him, he might be quite amenable, besides his inflated ego; he has a heart, and isn't afraid to support the downtrodden. If you do work with him, you do not want to work with him. Kenan responds badly to jabs at his expense, and while he wouldn't say anything about it to you, he wouldn't be caught dead drinking a girly cocktail himself.
