Meredith and his Tavern exist in a bizarre plane between our world and the edges of reality if you somehow wander too far off the plane of existence in Void City, you might find yourself lost and spirited away to Meredith's Tavern, where the drinks are free so long as you pay with a tale or two and boy, does Meredith enjoy stories.

A Collector of tales, he might know more about the denizens of Void City than anyone else, but Knowledge is power and he won't give it away, but he might trade a tale for a tale if you got one that catches his eye.
