Introduction Story

Palooka was a former heavyweight champion until his quick temper and overconfidence got the better of him. He sent his career down the drain and has been living in the shadow of his former glory ever since. Now he makes a living as a Private Investigator which he likes because it gives him an excuse to get in the occasional brawl and the extra money he earns can buy a lot of whiskey and cigars.

Palooka has a very headstrong personality. He will always go out of his way to do the right thing, even if that means breaking a few heads along the way. Sometimes his impulsive nature gets him in over his head, but his quick wits and keen senses have helped him make his way out of more sticky situations than he’d care to remember. While he may seem quick tempered and short fused on the outside, he’s a big ol’ sentimental softy on the inside.

There’s also his trusty revolver, Agnes. Agnes takes special toon rounds that come in a wide assortment filled with every classic toon gag you can imagine: boxing gloves, pies, dynamite, and holes just to name a few.
