He was just a man going for a walk. But then he was mugged for the money in his wallet. And that was when the Outlawer was born, waging his one man war on crime. Working out of his personal garage, the Outlawer builds big guns and high tech weaponry to aid him in his quest. Using his rocket boots, he soars through the sky while dispensing explosive projectiles to destroy his foes. His large shoulder pads are bulletproof and thus he is bulletproof.
