Harvey can be found cutting hair from a small shanty shack in Void's OLD DOCKS District. He is currently squatting in an abandoned warehouse in the same district.

Harvey doesn't cut his own hair or shave due to his "special" afflictions. Harvey's body is in a constant state of flux and instability. Due to unique chemical and biological reactions within Harvey’s body, when any of his cells die, they spontaneously explode. This ranges from the skin cells on his body rendered as a gentle fizz amongst himself, to his hair being cut causing violent explosions. While Harvey himself is unaffected by the explosions he cause, the property damage and various pranks gone wrong has removed him from many beauty schools and government buildings.

Despite his extremely violent and accident prone abilities, he sees the positive in nearly every mishap. He's the kind of fellow that will buy you a beer and cut your locks for free, because he simply enjoys being helpful. All around a pleasant individual!

Update* Harvey Krakowski is currently being tracked down by the VCPD for causing the Flood of 2016 after committing a "terrorist" attack against the Orsken Dam.
He also caused major damage to the H.S.C. Beowulf; a spaceship owned by Karrin Klash, during a Masquerade Ball for Valentine's Day 2017. He hasn't been apprehended and is still at large.
