All Chimpkof Changeov wanted was to be in show business. He was always told he had a good face for the 'toon shows, and as a youngster sold everything to move to Void City. When he was finally offered a lead role in an Eisner Studios short, after months and months of bit parts, a prank on the set went horribly wrong and gave him a nasty bump on the head, ruining his career before it even started. Already deep in debt from the move, Chimpkof (by now going by his stage name Chimp Change) took on odd jobs for loan sharks and mobsters, until he found his true calling: Heists. Over the next decade, he would find himself involved in over a dozen different jobs, robbing banks, casinos, diamond stashes, and supervillain lairs. He accrued a nice chunk of change, paid off his debts, and got himself a swank house on the hills. Everything seemed perfect.
Then one night, during what was supposed to be his last job, Chimp was ambushed, trapping him by the tail under a toppled stone pillar. The rest of the crew escaped and left him to take the fall. He lost the court case, and more importantly lost part of his tail. Now, years after his imprisonment, Chimp has returned to Void City to enact his revenge. With the help of some less-than-savory Voiders, he intends to swindle everyone who's screwed him over: The robbers, the loan sharks, and the animation studio (now a global media giant) that started him on a life of crime.
