Otis Sinclair comes from a clan of warriors who have a simbiotic relationship with the forest the come from. By allowing a forest sprite to live off of their life energy, the forest sprite in turn will help heal them and grant them abilities. This varies from user to user and on the strength of both the warrior and the sprite. Otis's people now face extinction due to a threat only known as the Darker One.
