Elvis Bean was 19 years old and from Georgia. A genuinely nice guy, he moved from his home state at a young age to Void City and graduated head of his class.
Elvis was a powerful mentalist. Abilities included telepathy, clairvoyance, precognition, psychokinesis, mediumship, mind control, and hypnosis. Elvis was also capable of creating fire, lightning, water, and pure psychokinetic energy from his thought. Used to work for Orsktech as a test subject. Currently buried back home in Georgia. He is just dead, not returning as a ghost.
