Congrats to Putrid for winning!! Extremely well deserved, this comic would have been impressive for a 3-week battle, but you did it in 1?? Insane.
Panel 3 page 2, as the conversation shifted from small talk back to business. Having a voyeur-like shot looking through the window was a subtle way to build tension. Also, on page 2, I love the final panels' dramatic colour change; it did a great job of emphasising the unsettling emotions.
page 3, so many shot variations! There was always a lot to look at, which is much more engaging than a pair of talking heads. I quite enjoyed the lil cow milk jug, I wonder if Benny or Holl picked it out?
Page 4, I'll admit it's my favourite page, seeing my character's backstory hinted at and referenced was SO much fun for me to read. The shadow in the teacuuuup yessss (what a sentence LOL)
The final panel of the OG NDA founders put a big smile on my face, good times :)
TLDR Engaging, clever writing + lovely visuals with lots of variation.

Putrid - Terrific coloring and rendering, and solid professional word balloon usage (the colors for reading clarity are a great touch)
Some of the SFX are stronger than others, I would try to stick to hand-drawn in the future or if you're pressed for time, an easy trick for preset font SFX is to rasterize them then use the warp and lasso tools to move them around to make them look more hand-made. I think the comic could have benefitted from one or two chibi shots less in the last half of it just for tonal consistency, at least for me it read more comical than I think I wanted from the moment
Flytee - Great monochromatic shifts, still a huge fan of the general analog feel of your work
If you don't have one I think you'll benefit from a proofreader especially since you are handwriting everything, to avoid some of the grammatical/spelling errors here better. The word balloons are kind of a roller coaster, some are quite lovely in execution/placement and others feel like they needed a second glance. It could be the time rush of it being a week, but it was something I noticed.
Flytee: Your comic reads faster, kind of like a detective going through a case and connecting dots. I enjoy the relationship between Art and his coworkers, and the fact that they redacted the case feels really satisfying by the end. It left me feeling like these are good people trying to do the right thing, and I love that a romantic story is convincing enough for them to close the case.
Putrid: Gorgeous colors and style here. I adore the slower pace of the comic. I felt like every line had space to breath, and it made it easy to immerse into the conversational tone of the comic. It didnt feel like one scene/idea after the other. It felt like being in the room with them as the conversation unfolds. Lovely stuff!
Loved the color gradient you used for this comic Flytee, and how it help us focusing on the parts that are more heavy with meaning. Surprised on how well you can write a story in a few panels!

I'm so impressed with how you were able to fit everything into one page, the pacing and flow of the panels is so smooth it's like I'm reading an actual webtoon comic! I'm a big fan of minimal/monochrome type colours, simple yet expressive. And I know it's been said already, but Art is such a sweetie! I am envious with the way you weave your stories together with such ease~

Be it with the writing and the themes at hand, or just by having little fun details like Mishra's Koel taking a sip of milk, or the foreshadowing of bigger forces at play. he quality of the render and colors is also super well done, using them to excellently accentuate emotion when needed. I also really like how you do some of your more inspired page layouts, making it all flow through so seamlessly! kinda jealous of how well you make it work hah! really glad you came around again to gracious with more of your work and characters!
Flytee- One page but you were able to fit a fully fleshed out back story into it. Giving us both a look into how the NDA is run and your opponents backstory incorporating the two together. The minimal colors working beautifully for the story telling!
Putrid-The expressions were so good! I love the sillier ones with the slightly chibi style to help break up the tension. Tying Höll and Art's past together. The images are wonderfully rendered, and the dynamic angles, build the mood!
I like how yours expanded more on both Art and Höll and weaved together several different things. Also gives a deep glimpse into what your trajectory for Höll is.

The local legend lovers is such a big brained twist for these two, and the eerie telling of their crime against nature was so well told in dialogue and depicted beautifully!! Art being a fan, and in support of them is so cute too aaaa!! I had sucha blast reading, Im so happy you two battled for a story like this to come out! <3
