Fluff - I LOVE your comic! You used the time you had really well and made such a funny and cute looking comic! I'm looking forward to more Tarkos in the future!
Boogie - Very interesting scar, I'm sorry you ran out of steam!
FLUFFS
Really enjoyed this one! Tarkos in the Garfield art style is just too cute. You've got that classic Jim Davis 4-panel format solid for this one. Plus, the way you played off the Japanese lettering style of Capn K4Kill was a genius move. It's not just a neat visual nod to your opponent's character, but also a brilliant way to reimagine its silhouette. NICE!
BOOGI
The texture variation throughout this one gives the pages an edgy, chaotic energy that fits your character perfectly as usual. I enjoyed how the movement is non-stop, each panel propelling us to the next with an of urgency that even affects the panels. The panels you managed to color look great and fit the vibe you went for here, I think.
FLUFFS- That was absolutely hilarious and genius for no reason. Short, sweet and hilarious!
BOOGIDI- I love how your inking thickens in some parts, it looks very smooth and classy!
Fluff: One of my favorites comics from you, so short yet so well done and funny!
Boogie: I love your crazy expressions and how free the drawings feel.
Great work from both of you.
And so the tourney continues to be besieged by scheduling conflicts.
Fluff: solidly done, given the circumstance. I do think it works particularly well given your opponent, since an amount of wackiness is expected. You could have said this was the plan all along and I woukd have believed it.
Boogi: I definitely know the struggle of having Two projects going at once and having to choose where to focus your effort. A desire for a bit more to fill the comic out would have been my only real critique, but I know this is a "would've if you could've" situation. Glad you got in what you did, it's solid work
Fluff- I laughed far too much at this, well done.
Glad you managed to submit something regardless of the time limit.
Boogi- bravo for submitting and as usual staying true to your art style and unique tastes. I can always appreciate a "its just a flesh wound" gag
Fluff: Sorry that the deadline was unfriendly to you. This was a pretty concise and to the point scar match though.
Boogi: Sorry that your comic was at the mercy of the deadline. I agree that committing to two things at once made the result of this comic suffer and I wish you luck with your V-cup submission! The rendering on the parts you got to colour digitally was quite nice!
